Offstage Consultants — Readiness Assessment

Understand where you stand. We'll teach it to work for you.

Readiness Assessment

Six questions. Three minutes. Let's match you with the right engagement.

Your constraints + your goal = the service that makes sense.

Question 1 of 6 0%

What are you building?

What's your primary goal right now?

Launch something new. Product, service, system, or campaign that doesn't exist yet. Scale what works. We're growing but hitting friction at the next level. Fix what's broken. Something's slowing us down — team, process, tech, visibility. Rethink the whole thing. We need to step back and audit everything.

Process Debt

How much of your workflow relies on manual steps or scattered tools?

Everything's manual. Spreadsheets, email chains, copy-paste between systems. Mix of both. Some automation, but critical steps still need a human hand. Mostly automated. We've connected the main tools.

Change Readiness

How is your team with change?

Skeptical. Too many changes in the last year. People are resistant. Cautious but willing. We'll move if it makes sense. Ready to move. People see the need. Hungry for progress.

Where Things Slow Down

What's the biggest pain point? (pick the worst one)

Internal communication / approval cycles. It takes too long to get alignment. Getting the right data when we need it. Visibility gap or data quality. Handoffs between teams. Work gets lost in the transfer. Customer-facing delays. We can't respond fast enough. Not sure / no clear bottleneck. We're optimizing generally, not fixing a crisis.

Data Foundation

How confident are you in your data?

High confidence. It's clean and trustworthy. Mostly good. Some inconsistencies but workable. Not confident. Duplicates, gaps, inconsistencies — a mess.

Governance

If a system makes a mistake, how does your team catch it?

Clear process. Someone checks before it goes out. Escalation path exists. Ad hoc checks. Someone usually catches it, but no formal process. No clear process. Mistakes find us after they're live.

Here's What Makes Sense

You're launching something new and facing communication friction. Your readiness score: Medium.
